When Mayweather Mosley tickets started selling super-fast, no-one was surprised, and least of all Sugar Shane Mosley. The 39-year old has vowed that he will “retire Mayweather”, saying he will be the victor in their long-awaited clash on May 1, declaring, “May first will be May’s first loss”. Mosley was himself the proud owner of a 38-0 record when he experienced his own Waterloo, and it is this, he claims, that will be in his favor when he steps into the ring with the man they call Money May. Mayweather v. Mosley tickets are going to be the biggest boxing ticket in the world this spring, and if you are going to be anywhere close to the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas you should head on down and take a look. See if Mosley actually does retire Mayweather like he says he will. Mayweather Jr. tickets are not the best-selling boxing tickets for nothing, though. Floyd is still the undefeated, the king of the ring, and many doubt that Mosley can make a difference to that. Most are still waiting for the Mayweather Pacquioa showdown, but in the meantime, this one will probably be a pretty big hitter.
Mosley has been saying many things since he interrupted Mayweather’s post-fight interview back when he beat Marquez and now he is saying a lot more. “I’m pretty sure that Floyd will feel more power in this fight that he will have ever had to feel”, Mosley recently said. “And if I can get that knockout, if I get that one shot, and if I can get him hurt, then I’m going to be all over him”. Looks like it’s gonna be another great fight, as 2010 hots up in the ring!
